Consultations + Direction

An initial consultation will be held to determine your event style.

We will review any inspiration pictures you have collected, any details you foresee being present, and discuss your personal style.  

Our team will be available for consultations and direction related to your overall event design throughout our time together.

Style Profile

Following our initial consultation our team will create a comprehensive style profile.   

Your style profile is a multi-page package that will contain a color story, furnishing suggestions, patterns, and various other design elements you, as the client, can consider incorporating. 

A trusted list of vendors in line with your style will be provided. 

Once your event’s design aesthetic is determined we can begin selecting details and hiring a team of design focused vendors to complete the vision.

Vendor Communication

Our team will contact, negotiate with, and lead discussions with your vendors of choice.  

Communication and delivery management will be taken over by our coordination team at least one month prior to your event date.

We manage communications with the following vendors:

  • Photography

  • Rentals, glassware, flatware, seating

  • Linens, tablecloths, napkins

  • Lighting/Drapery, string lights, uplighting, drapery

  • Calligrapher/Stationery Designer, invitations, menus, signage 

 

Vendor communication priced a la carte 

Catering . Musical Talent/Entertainment . Transportation  . Videography . 

The month OF YOUR EVENT

Our coordination team and design team will meet with our client to review final details. 

Our coordination team will create a draft timeline to be reviewed by the client. 

All vendors will be contacted to firmly finalize a timeline in line with each vendor's contract and the client's expectations.  

On the Day of Your Event

Our coordination team and design team will arrive at the appropriate setup time.

Our design team will be on site during setup to oversee design oriented hired vendors and ensure the design details are properly executed. 

The designated coordinator will be placed in charge of managing vendor arrivals and deliveries. 

Our design team will be on site styling and attending to each detail.

The coordinator will be on site for the entirety of your event through breakdown and will be the contact point throughout the day. 


FLORAL DESIGN

Priced Separately  

Based on your customized mood board, our team will carefully create a personal floral design proposal complete with types of arrangements, flowers, and creative suggestions in line with your vision. 

From there, we will design each floral detail to perfectly complete your design story.
