Port & Palm Co. is rooted in the idea that every design plan should feel uniquely special to each individual. We listen to your needs, likes, and dislikes to find combinations of design elements that leave you with an experience all your own. With over 15 years experience in event management, hospitality, floral design, and custom fabrication; Jenny & Aaron pull upon each of these skills to successfully execute events and custom designs.

Inspired by the diverse love stories that surround us, overflowing gardens, and the eclectic mix of colors and textures present in Florida’s natural surroundings and historic architecture.
 

Jenny Preston, Founder

I began working in events in 2010 before opening Port & Palm Co. in 2015. I love curating experiences that feel unique to each client and environment. Whether it’s pulling in thrifted vases, layering textures, crafting a flow to best fit a guest’s experience, or figuring out which flower perfectly fits the occasion; I know that no two events ever feel the same. My career has brought me work in not only weddings, but event coordination for large scale city events, private wine focused soirees, seminars, trade events, and management of hospitality teams. I work with each client to ensure a seamless story is told from the moment guests are greeted to the moment they walk out the exit.

I’m a born and raised girl from South Florida who was dragged through dirt fields of antiques since before I could talk, had my mom tell me the name of every plant and flower we walked by - my entire life, and picked up sand dollars with my toes in neck deep water with my grandpa and brother. All of these pieces influence my day to day and the way I approach event design.

While Florida provided the mise en place for my life, I spent 7 years in Oregon immersing myself in the community, seasons & wine industry. I like to call both places home.
