Floral Design & Wedding Planning
Custom floral design and wedding planning, managed together from start to finish.
Most couples hire a florist and a planner separately. That means two teams, two contracts, two sets of conversations, and you're the one making sure they're on the same page.
At Port & Palm Co., we handle both. Jenny and her team design your florals in-house and coordinate your wedding day as a single, integrated service. Your floral vision, your vendor team, your linens, your stationery, and your day-of timeline are all managed by people who already know every detail of your plan.
The result: fewer conversations, fewer misunderstandings, and a wedding where every element feels like it belongs together.

What happens when you hire us for floral design and planning?
With one integrated team managing both planning and florals, there’s no need to coordinate between multiple vendors. Fewer conversations. Fewer misunderstandings. A smoother, more enjoyable process and a cohesive vision brought to life.
When we help pull together vendors, you’re working with a group of professionals who usually know each other, creating an intuitive flow the day of your wedding.
We’ll design with the guest experience in mind. Knowing your venue, floor plan, and timeline will allow us to easily maximize impact, repurpose arrangements when possible, and allocate your investment where it matters most early on in the design process.

On your wedding day, our team is on site from setup to breakdown: managing every vendor, every detail, and every moment so you don't have to.
Our most requested combination brings everything together:
Month-of coordination with four additional months of planning. Full-service floral design for ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. Management of two vendors (most popular: lighting and music). Linen and table decor curation. Day-of stationery design and management. Rehearsal Dinner florals and linens.
This is the package where couples tell us they felt completely taken care of. One team, one vision, every detail handled.
Average investment for the full experience: approximately $20,000.
“From our very first email exchange, your calm energy and thoughtfulness gave me such a sense of peace. You had this incredible way of making even the most overwhelming decisions feel manageable. Your organization, insight, and gentle guidance brought everything together in a way that felt so personal and true to us.
And the flowers! Jenny, I was absolutely blown away! They were beyond gorgeous & added so much beauty to every space they touched.
I was able to be fully present and in the moment, knowing you had everything under control behind the scenes. That is such a gift, and one I will never forget!
So many people told us it was one of the most special weddings they’ve ever attended, and that is in no small part thanks to you.”
