Mary + Spencer | The Ocean Club of Florida, Ocean Ridge
Mary + Spencer are joy bottled up. They illuminate around each other. They look at each other, I mean really look at each other. It isn’t just one of them looking, it is both of them looking at each other with the same, “I can’t believe this is my person” look on their face every single time. During their first dance Mary twirled around the floor as they sang to each other, and I sat on the sidelines weeping like a weirdo. Their love is palpable.
Before scrolling through this gallery any further, do yourself a favor and queue up Mary + Spencer’s first dance song: “I Will Follow You” performed by Toulouse. Got it? Ok great, now a little gush session on these two. There are all kinds of couples in the world. There are serious couples focused on careers and goals. There are playful wander off into the wilderness for years couples. There are some that fall in the middle, some who have known each other since they were five, or those who found each other again after years apart. Regardless of the coupling, it’s those little sparks that ignite two people to choose each other. Mary + Spencer are joy bottled up and it feels electric. They light up around each other. When I asked Spencer if he was ready right before walking down the aisle all he said to me was, “I’m just so ready to marry her”. Not in a rushed let’s get this over with kind of way. Nope, this was in a way which made you really believe he had been waiting for this moment his whole life - or at least since the moment he had met Mary.

Her dahlias came from my friend’s home garden, the zinnias, strawflower and cosmos from a freshly planted flower farm harvesting their first blooms, making for the perfect Oregon farm wedding.
I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect welcome to the Oregon wedding industry when Kimberly connected with me. We created a design plan that truly allowed her personality to shine, while sourcing local product straight from the farms around us. More farm weddings while sweet little cows and goats roam around, and rad brides and grooms tie the knot- please!

There’s just something about lavender that really calms the nerves, and Rachel’s wedding reflected that. Throughout the entire design process I felt like I could breathe, each arrangement flowing naturally.

Weddings tend to bring a bit of chaos along with them, but I have a feeling the scent of lavender and Rachel’s natural ease kept the chaos at bay.

Cappuccino and mocha were just two of the words used to describe the flowers we used to create Caitlin and Zachary’s color story. This creamy blend of blooms created a classic palette with depth. More couples who aren’t afraid to venture into creamy - some might even say “brown” - please!

Emily + Rob | Jupiter Beach
I may live in Oregon now, but receiving photos from Emily and +Rob’s summer wedding back in Florida really left me craving a visit to those blue oceans.
Emily’s color and texture selections from Rob’s suit to her bouquet made this day all that more “yummy”. Seriously though! The way the pops of orange play off the creamy pinks and vibrant yellows reminds me of a chic ambrosia salad. Up against the blue of Rob’s suit and the constant blue of that South Florida sky, how could you not fall in love with playful colrs and Kallima Photography’s beautiful photography. Emily leaned into Florida’s colorful personality without being overtly obvious and adding that level of sophistication it deserves.

Emilie + Michael | The Flagler Museum
Emilie + Michael recently celebrated their two year anniversary, so I thought it might be fitting to finally share their wedding day! Emilie’s vision opened me up to play with color and movement. She allowed me the freedom to design and I truly believe that’s when the best results spring up.
Emilie and Michael came to me after hiring my favorite planning friend, Desiree Dawn Events. They were tying the knot at my favorite historic venue, The Flagler Museum and her style was right in line with the florals I loved. It truly was as if the stars aligned.
Emilie and her family trusted me with her vision which opened me up to play with orange tones and movement. She allowed me the freedom to design and I truly believe that’s when the best results spring up. She didn’t corner me into using a select few florals, so I was able to go to the market that day and select items that were hyper seasonal and slightly out of the box, while remaining very in line with her style. Forever thankful to the Amaro family for trusting the process, inspiring me, and allowing the flowers and the season to ultimately lead the way.

Alex + Cris | Seagate Beach Club
Alex is a light and she loves her people with every ounce of her being. Cris looks at her with total wonder struck across his face every single time. He is calm and steady, creating an energetic balance we all hope to find in a partner. This was their magical wedding day.
There are some clients I hop on the phone with and by the end of the call I know we’re going to make some wedding magic happen. Alex was definitely one of those brides. I spent the majority of our 45 minute call laughing and feeling like I was talking to one of my life long friends. She’s just a fireball of energy that doesn’t quit. She’s a light and she loves her people with every ounce of her being. Cris looks at her with total wonder struck across his face every single time. He is calm and steady, creating an energetic balance we all hope to find in a partner. Plus, on top of it all they just straight up glow when they are next to one another. The amount of love they share for each other clearly extends right on over into their group of friends and family. They traveled in from New England to celebrate an undeniable love in their favorite city by the sea.
On a personal note, I thought this was going to be one of the last weddings I designed. I had moved to Oregon a few weeks before connecting with Alex, and was pondering hitting the pause button on my business, but their wedding changed all of that for me. Their excitement, the warm hugs they offered when we met for the first time the day before their wedding in a parking lot, the supportive messages along the way, and the notes of utter and complete joy following the wedding recharged me. I fell in love with weddings and this floral business all over again and for that I’m forever grateful to Alex and Cris. Congrats you two, I can’t wait to visit and drink rosé with you on a porch in New England sometime soon!

Barbie + Jesse | Jupiter Beach Resort
I first met Barbie through her best friend. Tammy knew I needed some extra hands for a few weddings I had coming up, and Barbie was known to be slightly obsessed with flowers. We met for happy hour and I left with sore cheeks and the feeling I had just met someone I’d be friends with for years to come.
Not soon after, Barbie became engaged to the sweetest man alive (truly, Jesse is a gem and a half) and wedding planning began quickly after. Flowers were of course top of her mind and she wanted there to be plenty of color, whimsy, and peonies. Coral charm peonies to be exact. We spent the next year growing closer as friends and honing in on her wedding day vision. The love that they share for each other is what everyone hopes to find and the love that they share for their family and friends is overwhelmingly genuine. They love big, they party big, and they live life to the absolute fullest. We all need friends like that.
